SAN FRANCISCO, March 14, (THEWILL) – Dan Orbih was on Monday re-elected as Edo Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that 31 positions were contested for, with most of the candidates returned unopposed at the state congress held in Benin.
Other elected were: Mr. Emmanuel Ugbon, Deputy State Chairman; Mr. Edoba Omorogie, Legal Adviser; Mr. Israel Aguele, Treasury, and Mr. Chris Nehikhare, Publicity Secretary, among others.
Mr. Sergeant Awuse, Chairman of the Electoral Panel, urged all the elected members to work for the success of the party in the forthcoming gubernatorial election.
