SAN FRANCISCO, November 10, (THEWILL) – The embattled national chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole says he was neither arrested nor detained by the DSS as reported in the media.
Instead, the politician said he was interviewed by the agency over the party’s controversial state primaries in some states where he has been accused of fraud.
The chairman who returned Friday from a short trip abroad spoke to some editors in Lagos.
“It was not an arrest or detention. The conversation centered around APC primaries. The question now is whether or not it is the DSS job to interfere in a political party’s issues. And if there’s an allegation of corruption, it is the responsibility of EFCC and ICPC,” he said.
