BEVERLY HILLS, November 21, (THEWILL) – The National Working Committee (NWC) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Friday constituted electoral committees and appeal panels for the fresh ward congresses it ordered for Cross Rivers, Lagos and Oyo States.
