BEVERLY HILLS, CA, April 14, (THEWILL) – There has been a ‘minor’ fire incident which affected some parts of the Press Center situated within the premises of the PDP National headquarters in Abuja, the party said in an email statement Monday.
Though the ruling party described the fire as ‘minor’, a still photo submitted anonymously by a witness countered the party’s claim.
The fire, which was caused by some electrical faults at about 8:15 pm was promptly put out by men of the Federal Fire Service.
The ruling party ruled out any form of sabotage or attack and hereby wishes to inform all our members and teaming supporters that the matter has since been put under control, the statement by Chief Olisa Metuh, National Publicity Secretary said.
