BEVERLY HILLS, June 12, (THEWILL) – Senator Joshua Dariye, a former governor of Plateau State, serving senator and member of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC wept as Justice Adebukola Banjoko of the Federal High Court Gudu, Abuja delivered a 14-year sentence to him, following his conviction Tuesday on 15 counts bordering on the misappropriation and theft of N1.6bn from the state’s coffers during his tenure as governor.
