BEVERLY HILLS, April 19, (THEWILL) –Â Some Biafran protesters, on Thursday, held demonstrations at the Pall Mall Street, Westminster.
This is about 650 metres from the Buckingham Palace where President Muhammadu Buhari met British Prime minister Theresa May, Queen Elizabeth II, and other heads of state.
The protesters are requesting the release of Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Independent People of Biafra (IPOB) and demanding for a referendum on the fate of Biafra.
The president and other heads of states are currently in London for the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM 2018).
