BEVERLY HILLS, October 10, (THEWILL) – The All Progressives Congress (APC) National Chairman, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, whose vindictiveness and highhandedness is responsible for the crisis rocking the party, has issued an official response to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on the decision of the agency to disqualify the APC from fielding candidates at all levels in the 2019 elections in Zamfara.
