Arjen Robben scored his 100th goal for Bayern Munich as they beat Freiburg to stretch their unbeaten run to 20 matches in the Bundesliga.

He opened the scoring with a header from Franck Ribery’s cross before Thomas Muller headed in a rebound to wrap up the win.

Coach Pep Guardiola has now won 42 of 50 Bundesliga games, losing just twice.

Bayern had 31 shots to Freiburg’s two, and enjoyed 82% of possession. Munich are now 12 points clear of Wolfsburg at the top of the table as they chase a third straight title win.

Guardiola’s side play Mainz on Friday night in the final game before the Christmas break.
