Saka Returns Home From England Squad After Positive COVID-19 Test

March 24, (THEWILL) – Bukayo Saka has withdrawn from England’s training camp after testing positive for COVID-19.

Since Wednesday, the Arsenal winger has been isolated from the rest of the team at St. George’s Park, and he has now returned home.

Saka has 14 caps for England and has so far scored four goals and provided four assists in his country’s colours. He was nominated for the English Premier League Player of the Month for March as a result of his outstanding efforts for Arsenal.

England has stated that no additional replacements will be made, with a group of 24 set to face Switzerland on Saturday and Ivory Coast on Tuesday at Wembley Stadium.
