BEVERLY HILLS, October 10, (THEWILL) – African Independent Television’s (AIT) Felix Okugbe has died from cancer at the Lagos State Teaching Hospital.
He died Saturday morning after a protracted battle with the ailment.
The station on its website site said Okugbe was the CEO of Mundial Sports International until his death.
The deceased covered international competitions such as the FIFA World Cup, the Olympics Games and the All Africa Games.
Okugbe was one-time Chairman of the Edo State Sports Writers Association.
