SAN FRANCISCO, February 03, (THEWILL) – The Supreme Court has upheld the election of Governor Emmanuel Udom of Akwa Ibom State.
The court in a ruling on Wednesday night upturned the ruling of an Appeal Court, which cancelled the governorship election and ordered a rerun.
Udom is of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
