SAN FRANCISCO, July 02, (THEWILL) – Presidential spokesman, Malam Garba Shehu, has said that he has no breaking news about President Muhammadu Buhari’s ministerial list.
Shehu made this known while reacting to reports that Buhari has released the long-awaited ministerial list.
The news said the list has been forwarded to the National Assembly for approval and should be made public before the end of Tuesday.
It also claimed that the list was forwarded early last month to the Department of State Services (DSS) for scrutiny and background security checks.
However, Shehu said “my Twitter account is a verified one. Whoever wants to know what I have said should go to it, not to a fake one.
“I have no breaking news on the appointment of ministers because I have not been briefed about it. Ignore the report they are attributing to me, please,” he tweeted.
