The Tunisian Football Federation has announced that the duo of Youssef Msakni and Saber Khalifai will not play the next two matches against Botswana and Egypt on day five and six of Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers due to injuries.

Tunisia will play against Botswana on November 14 before hosting Egypt on November 19 in Tunisia.

The TFF announced that Khalifai picked up a calf injury while Msakni suffered a muscular injury.

The Carthage Eagles travelled to Botswana Tuesday with 24 players without Bordeaux midfielder, Wahbi Khazri, who is suspended for the match.

Tunisia are top of their group with 10 points, three points ahead of Senegal, on seven while Egypt have six points.
