SAN FRANCISCO, October 02, (THEWILL) – Delta State Governor, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan Wednesday night sacked one of his Senior Special Assistants with immediate effect.
Barrister Clement Osieta, a Senior Special Assistant on Community Relations, according to a statement by the Secretary to the State Government, Comrade Ovouzorie Macaulay, was fired “in view of recent activities” of the politician “which have greatly embarrassed the government.”
The statement subsequently asked Osieta to hand over all government properties in his possession to the Permanent Secretary at the office of the Secretary to the State Government (SSG) within 24 hours
