SAN FRANCISCO, March 11, (THEWILL) – This shocking amateur footage posted to YouTube shows South African policemen in Cape Town kicking, punching and stripping a 28-year old Nigerian, Mr. Emeka Eneh of his clothes in the full glare of the public.
The video has provoked anger especially on social media and has forced the police disciplinary committee to open an investigation which has so far led to the arrest and docking of at least two police officers.
The officers have also been suspended without pay.
