August 6, (THEWILL) — American rapper A$AP Rocky has said he is comfortable with the difference in wealth between himself and his partner, Rihanna, insisting that her success does not make him feel insecure.
Speaking on The Jason Lee Show, Rocky addressed public conversations about Rihanna’s billionaire status and explained that he sees her achievements as something to celebrate, not a reason to feel threatened.
“My woman’s got billions, I’ve got multi millions. Her success is never my demise, her success isn’t mine at all,” he said.
The rapper said he is proud of his own accomplishments and the career he has built through music, business ventures and creative projects.
“I have done what I have done for myself and I’m proud of myself. There’s nothing no one will say to me, especially with less money or less anything than me, to make me feel insecure or less proud of my woman being successful,” he added.
Rocky said Rihanna’s achievements belong to her and should not be viewed as a measure of his own worth.
“How does that make any sense? I’m proud of that woman, she did that, that’s got nothing to do with me,” he said.
A$AP Rocky and Rihanna first developed a friendship through music collaborations before their relationship became public in 2020.
The couple now share three children and remain one of entertainment’s most talked-about celebrity pairs.
The pair recently attracted attention during the 2026 Crop Over Festival in Barbados, where videos of them sharing affectionate moments at events went viral online.
