August 01, (THEWILL) – Veteran Nollywood actor, Musiliu Ajikanle, in the Yoruba movie genre is dead.
The actor died in his sleep on Sunday night, after battling stroke for seven years.
One of his colleagues, Saliu Gbolagbade, took to his Instagram to announce the sad news on Monday.
Ajikanle has since been buried according to Islamic rites.
His death is coming a few weeks after clergy, Pastor Gabriel Agbala, who has been raising funds for ailing actors, raised over N3 million for his medical expenses.
