BEVERLY HILLS, November 01, (THEWILL) – Nigerian singer, Simisola ‘Simi’ Kosoko, has urged Nigerians to desist from cursing children of Nigerian politicians because of the inadequacies of their parents.
Political leaders and the police have been on the receiving since protesters took to the streets under the #ENDSARS platform to demand an end to police brutality and bad governance.
The singer, who is also the wife of fellow musician Adekunle Gold, took to her Twitter page on Saturday to say: “I feel like we really shouldn’t be raining curses on the children of these people. I understand the agitation and that most of them (politicians) don’t care about us, but the goal is to be better than them and I can’t imagine its good for the mental health of them kids. We can rise above it.”
