BEVERLY HILLS, September 16, (THEWILL) – As fresh rumours emerged that rapper and husband, Offset, cheated on her again, rapper and entertainer, Cardi B has filed for divorce and she wants custody of their daughter, Kulture.
According to reports, the rapper filed court documents on Tuesday in Georgia seeking a dissolution of her marriage.
The paperwork listed Cardi B as the plaintiff and Offset as the defendant. She is asking for primary physical custody as well as legal custody of their 2-year-old child.
Cardi B is also seeking payments for child support from Offset, the amount of which is unclear now, revealing further that they are “currently separated and there are no prospects for reconciliation”.
Cardi B is also asking for “an equitable division of all marital assets” and she wants Offset to be ordered to pay her legal expenses.
