October 04, (THEWILL) – Organisers of Big Brother Naija season 6 have stated that the show cost them N4.3 billion.
The CEO of DSTV Nigeria, John Ugbe, stated this on Monday during the season 6 winner’s prize presentation.
He said: “We employed 12,000 persons for this show, it cost us N4,3billion to air this show this year.
“We use BBNaija to enrich lives and contribute positively to society. We hope to continue to do so.”
The organisers also disclosed that one billion votes were recorded this year from viewers.
