August 10, (THEWILL) – The trio of Angel Smith, Venita Akpofure and Uriel Oputa have engaged in an altercation over a wager task in the ongoing Big Brother Naija All-Stars edition.
A heated argument erupted among the three, which ignited intense emotions and tensions within the group.
The conflict started after Uriel’s diary session, during which she confronted Venita for allegedly favouring her friends by assigning them significant roles, such as King and Queen in the upcoming wager play.
Uriel revealed that instead of role assignments, everyone should have had an equal chance to audition for their parts.
The disagreement later escalated into a heated altercation among the three.
Angel pointed out that Uriel should have voiced her concerns when roles were being assigned earlier in the week, rather than waiting two days to express her objection.
Adekunle had to step in and question Uriel about her belief in deserving the role of Queen.
Uriel first responded by saying that she deserve to be the queen before changing it and saying she would audition for the role.
Tempers flared as Venita raised her voice in anger, comparing Uriel’s behaviour to that of a child throwing tantrums.
Venita dismissed Uriel’s objections and claimed that her reasons for interrupting the wager preparation were not valid. In a highly contentious moment, Venita resorted to body-shaming Uriel by referring to her as a thick-thighed elephant.
Amidst the escalating confrontation, Uriel was led out of the scene by Alex into their shared room. Uriel repeatedly asserted her belief in not allowing anyone to oppress her.
She revealed that her upbringing among boys had instilled aggression in her, which she had worked on to become more ladylike.
