Seasoned broadcaster, Prince Bisi Olatilo, recently hosted a classy wedding ceremony for his daughter, Adeola and her partner, Qudus Oganla. The three-in-one event took place at 10 Degrees Event Centre, Oregun, Lagos. It started with the solemnization ceremony that was officiated by the Founder and General Overseer of the Covenant Harvest Christian International Ministry, Lagos, Pastor Dotun Ojelabi. During the ceremony, the couple exchanged vows and received pastoral blessings from the cleric before they changed to their traditional attire in preparation for their traditional marriage, which also took place at the same venue.

Guests also turned up in fuchsia pink lace and matching headgears which was the colour of the day. The Olatilo family were the first to dance into the traditional engagement arena before the groom’s family also danced in. The traditional wedding rites were observed by both families, which was followed by prayers from the parents of the couple and the elders in attendance.

The event ended with a lavish reception which had Godbless Ubeibifayen’s Eboni band on the stage supplying good music while guests were treated to assorted food and drinks. Magnus Abe, a former senator who represented Rivers South East senatorial district, was the chairman of the reception. He urged the couple to love each other and learn from the bride’s father whom he described as a loyal, dedicated husband to his wife of many years.
