The highly anticipated return bout comes after negotiations for a September 20 encounter collapsed when Eubank Jr stated he would not be prepared in time, prompting Benn to consider alternative opponents.
Both fighters will now face each other again at the same venue where Eubank Jr emerged victorious in their first meeting.
The April contest saw Eubank Jr defeat Benn by unanimous decision, with all three judges scoring the bout 116-112 in favour of the 35-year-old, handing Benn the first defeat of his professional career.
The original rematch discussions had faltered despite both parties’ initial interest, leading to uncertainty about whether the pair would meet again this year.
The two-month delay has allowed both camps to finalise arrangements and ensure proper preparation time for the fighters.
Weight terms for the November bout remain unconfirmed following controversy surrounding the first fight, where Eubank Jr failed to make the 160lb middleweight limit but successfully met the rehydration requirement the following morning.
The British Boxing Board of Control subsequently issued Eubank Jr with a £10,000 fine for misuse of social media after he posted footage suggesting the use of a sauna to cut weight.
BBBofC General Secretary Robert Smith confirmed that the council was satisfied with the explanation of the trainer following a July hearing.
