SAN FRANCISCO, July 12, (THEWILL) – Nigerian international, Kelechi Iheanacho, says he is happy to play under Leicester City FC boss, Brendan Rodgers.
Kelechi, while speaking with the club website, said he is motivated to play under the Northern Irish tactician.
He said: “He’s a different class. He speaks to everyone and motivates and encourages them. He got me going, to be fair.
“He got everyone going. Whenever I’m playing, I’m free to express myself, so long as I stick to the plan, and it’s just a joy to play under him.”
THEWILL reports that Kelechi joined the Foxes in 2017 from Manchester City and has been tipped by Brendan to perform at their top striker’s level, Jamie Vardy in the nearest future.

Leicester FC suffered a shocking 1-4 defeat away to Bournemouth on Sunday after playing a 1-1 against Arsenal FC in London last Tuesday. They are presently 4th on the league table with 59 points ahead of Manchester United, which has 58 points with a game in hand.
