SAN FRANCISCO, February 25, (THEWILL) -The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has begun collation of the presidential results at the collation centre in Abuja with President Muhammadu Buhari winning in the two states declared.
His strongest opponent, former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar, has however not done badly.
The two leading political parties, the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), were represented by Col. Hammed Ali for the ruling APC and Dr. Usman Bugaje for the PDP.
