BEVERLY HILLS, February 25, (THEWILL) – The presidential candidate of the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) , Muhammadu Buhari is defeating his closest rival for the election, Atiku Abubakar, with wide margin of votes in the 11 local government areas so far collated and announced by INEC in Maiduguri.
