SAN FRANCISCO, December 28, (THEWILL) – It appears that the rift between Davido and two time Grammy-award nominee, Burna Boy is far from over as reports emerged online that the two musicians engaged in a fight on Sunday in Ghana.
THEWILL notes that the acrimony between Davido and Burna Boy has been brewing for a while now and it became a bit serious when Davido had posted a photo of himself and Wizkid as the greatest of all time.
Reacting Burna Boy stated that Davido is only aided by his father’s wealth and that he is not a great singer.
This statement from Burna Boy sparked reactions as fans of OBO as Davido is also called brought out their knives to attack.
Prominent among them is popular socialite, Cubana Chief Priest, who stated that Davido is the “real Odogwu”, that is he is better than Burna Boy.
He stated: “No be @davidoofficial say make Adeleke born am !!!! Don’t ever fight destiny, you see this crown, na God give am to him, na natural, na follow come, e dey the body. Also, Prescilia Ojo, daughter of popular Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo, had thanked God that Burna Boy did not win the Grammy award last year.
The issue of who is the “greatest” has since ended but what led to the fight in Ghana between the two musicians is not known yet, but popular music producer, Samklef, confirmed the incident.

Though neither of them has said a word about the story, Nigerians on social media are reacting to the alleged fight between the singers.
