March 10, (THEWILL) – Popular Nigerian singer, Chukwuka Ekweani, aka Ckay, has celebrated David Adeleke, also known as Davido, for the huge impact he has made in his career.
The afrobeat star disclosed this in an interview where he gave an honest take on the impact of his musical collaboration with Davido.
According to him, the collaboration he had with Davido played a vital role in his success story in the music industry.
Ckay explained that he needed collaboration from an established artiste in the entertainment scene at the time Davido offered to jump on board.
The singer added that Davido was more than happy to offer a helping hand and their relationship blossomed into a friendship after the project.
He also revealed that the friendship wasn’t with Davido alone, as the singer’s team also welcomed him with open hands.
Ckay noted that he will always acknowledge Davido’s help whenever he gets the chance to do so.
