June 16, (THEWILL) – Black Chyna has been ordered by the judge to pay the Kardashian family money spent on the court case against her.
This development came after a jury ruled in favour of the Kardashians, concluding that they were not involved in the cancellation of Chyna’s show, Rob and Chyna.
Chyna had sued the Kardashians allegeding that they interfered in her contract with the E! network.
She sued them for $100 million, adding that the family defamed her and improperly interfered with her contract and business dealing.
However, she lost the case and was not awarded damages. Instead, the jury ruled in favour of the Kardashians and asked Chyna to pay the family expenses incurred during the lawsuit.
The lawyers of the Kardashians filed a new document detailing all the trial cost which amounts to $390k.
According to TMZ, the cost does not include their attorneys fees. The family cost included $9,325.99 for service of process; $7,248.35 for hosting electronic documents, $19,895 for court reporter fee, $63,078. 20 for deposition, another $184,871.71 spent on model enlargement, photocopies of exhibit and $97k worth of uncategorised items.
