June 06, (THEWILL) – Nollywood actress cum entrepreneur, Damilola Adegbite, has become a certified health coach.
The mother of one took to Instagram to share the good news. According to her, the journey to becoming a coach was a long one, but she is grateful to be able to attain her goal.
Her passion for fitness and health started when she was having challenges with her health and was looking for ways to take better care of her body and finding healthy solutions to the distressing physical and mental symptoms she was experiencing.
She penned a short note about her journey to being a health coach and informed her fans of her readiness to serve them with her knowledge.
“It has been a long journey and I’m blessed and grateful to have completed it and to be able to share it with you.
“With each passing day, I aspire to be better than I was the day before, and I know everyone of you do too.
“With all the knowledge I have acquired over many years on how the mind and body work, I am finally ready to be of service. So help me God.
“So here’s to breaking barriers, pushing beyond our comfort levels, achieving our hearts desires and living purposefully!”, she wrote.
