October 30, (THEWILL) – Immediate Past Chairman, Nsit Atai Local Government Area, Akwa Ibom State, Hon Emem Ibanga, has been conferred with Fellow, Chartered Institute of Public Administrators of Nigeria.
The conference was part of the 24th Annual National Conference of the institute’s registrar, Dr Emmanuel Akin Olufowose, FCIPA.
Presenting the award to Hon. Emem Ibanga, the Registrar said she has fulfilled all requirements for the President & Chairman of Council, Chartered Institute of Public Administration of Nigeria, to be pronounced a FELLOW of the institute.
Our Correspondent reports that Hon. Emem Ibanga has served as Chairman of Nsit Atai LGA for seven years, from December 2017 to October 2024.
Bashorun Babatunde Tajudeen Rotinwa, FCIPA, who pronounced her FELLOW of the Institute, stated that for her services in her LGA for those years, she deserves to be awarded.
Among other recipients of the Fellowship Award were Dr Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko, Former Governor and Distinguished Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Engr. Rasaq Obe.
Others were, the Commissioner for Energy and Mineral Resources, Ondo State, Dr Mohammed Funmilayo Akande, Executive Chairman, Apapalgamu Local Government Council, Lagos State, Comr.Saater Godfrey Tiseer, Majority Leader, Benue State House of Assembly.
