BEVERLY HILLS, April 06, (THEWILL) – Family of popular rapper, Earl Simmons, better known as DMX alongside hundreds of fans gathered Monday outside the New York hospital where the rapper is in critical condition, holding a prayer vigil for the rapper.
According to available information, the status of the rapper is still fragile.
THEWILL writes that DMX was rushed to the hospital in White Plains, a suburb north of New York City, after a heart attack on Friday.
According to publicist Angelo Ellerbee, the rapper is on life support.
His fiancée and ex-wife cried at the vigil as a prayer was read for him and his fans chanted “DMX,” holding their fists to the sky as they honoured the 50-year-old rapper.
