May 26, (THEWILL) – Hollywood actor, Raymond Allen Liotta, aka Ray Liotta, known for his role in Goodfellas is dead. He was aged 67.
Deadline revealed that the actor cum producer, passed away in his sleep while in Dominican Republic.
He visited the Dominican Republic to shoot a movie Dangerous Water, but unfortunately passed on.
He is survived by his daughter, Karsen.
The actor was engaged to be married to Jacy Nitto, his partner before his unfortunate demise.
He was born in Newark, New Jersey, on December 15, 1954 and abandoned at an orphanage.
He was adopted at the age of six months by township clerk, Mary and auto part owner, Alfred Liotta.
His role in Something Wild earned him a Golden Globe nomination. He has acted in other notable movies
