June 10, (THEWILL) – Content Creator cum actor, Debo Adebayo, also known as Mr Macaroni, has recounted his grass-to-grace story.
The talented act took to social media to narrate some of the ordeals he passed through before God finally answered his prayers.
According to him, there was a time he was battling depression in school. In the midst of trying to overcome his challenge, he was expelled from the fourth university.
While trying to pick the pieces of his life together again, he attempted venturing into acting but was scammed severally.
He left out of depression and attempted skit making and as God would have it, his efforts paid off in 2019.
“I was dealing with depression in 2017/ 2018. That was the time I was expelled from the university. And it was the fourth university at that time.
“Abeg, wetin concern me with film then? My life na film wey people dey watch then.
“From 2019 naa another round of depression. I continued hustling for roles in Nollywood.
“I have been acting on and off since like 2011. From one audition to another. Dem scam me tire. I pay for form on top say I wan act.
“I started creating content and posting online in 2019 when depression wan finish me.
“God picked my call the same year”, he wrote.
