January 20, (THEWILL) – Nollywood actress, Toyin Abraham-Ajeyemi has stated that she will not allow anyone talk down on her husband, Kolawole Ajeyemi.
The actress made this known after the picture of a Jeep her husband acquired surfaced online. He was congratulated for his latest acquisition. However, some people berated him by stating that his wife bought the Jeep and not him. They added that Kolawole is feeding off his wife’s sweat. They congratulated her for the acquisition.
The comments obviously didn’t seat well with the actress who took to social media to make some clarifications. According to her, people should stop making assumptions about the financial status of others, most especially those who don’t like to blow their own triumph.
She stressed that she is speaking up because she wouldn’t allow anyone talk down her husband who is hardworking and has done a lot for her and her children.
She warned those ridiculing her husband’s hardwork to stop it. And also stop ridiculing what he stands for. She added that everything her husband has he has worked for and he deserves it.
She stated that she is the last born of her family and many think she is the richest because she is more famous which is not the truth.
She appealed to people to stop the ill mannered mentality and celebrate people without turning one person against the next person or ridiculing their hardwork. According to her ” it’s so old and needs to stop”
