BEVERLY HILLS, February 25, (THEWILL) -President Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has been declared winner of the presidential election in Nasarawa State, dealing a huge blow to his main challenger, Atiku Abubakar, in a state that has voted Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, since 1999.
According to votes announced by INEC on Monday afternoon at the collation centre in Abuja, Buhari polled 289,903 votes while Atiku polled 283,847 votes.
