February 09, (THEWILL) – Celebrity auto dealer, Ikechukwu Ogbonna, aka IVD, who was allegedly remanded in Kirikiri Correctional Centre last month, is seeking bail, while using his children as an excuse to get out of prison.
The father of five was remanded in Kirikiri in January. He was charged with involuntary manslaughter by Lagos State, following the death of his wife, Bimbo.
His late wife’s older sister, Mama Jazz, took to her Instagram story to reveal that IVD is trying to secure his bail.
According to Mama Jazz, the widower is using his five children as an excuse to leave prison.
Mama Jazz accused him of not caring about his children, as he does not even know their whereabouts.
She advised him to tell the court that he is going to celebrate valentine with his lover.
“What a pathetic world we live in. Using children you have not seen, children you’ve never asked of, children that you don’t know their whereabouts to be asking the court to grant you bail based on the fact that you want to come and take care for your children. You must be so pathetic haaaaaa.
“Tell the court you want to do Valentine with your boo boo”, she wrote.
