September 16, (THEWILL) – Nigerian Afropop singer, Iyanya Onoyom Mbuk, known by his stage name, Iyanya, has knocked out a Twitter user, who challenged his loyalty to Davido.
The Afrobeats star on Thursday, announced his upcoming concert tagged: ‘Are We African Yet?’ AWAY Festival, slated for November 18, 2022, at State Farm Arena, Atlanta, US.
Along with the 30BG boss, the event will also feature a good number of Nigerian artists including Kizz Daniel, Wande Coal, Pheelz, BNXN, Oxlade, Vict0ny, and South Africa’s Vocalist.
The same announcement was tweeted by Iyanya, attracting a remark from a tweet he found unsettling.
Berlin Moore wrote: “You dey promote people wey meet you for the music industry…”
Replying, the ‘Made Men Music Group’ signee referring to Moore as a ‘mumu’ stated Davido’s great personality warranted he reciprocated the same thing he had done for him besides featuring on his recent smash track, ‘Like.’
“@davido is a great guy. He featured on my last single ‘Like’ came for the video shoot, stayed for 5hours, and did not complain.
“He posted the song on all his social media platforms.
His show is on the 18th of November in Atlanta and you say I shouldn’t post him? You be MUMU”, Iyanya tweeted.
