May 13, (THEWILL) – American actor, Jamie Foxx’s daughter, Corinne, has stated that her father will soon return to work.
The actor, who was hospitalised last month, raised concerns of many fans, especially as his family members kept the exact status of his health a secret.
News went viral on Friday, suggesting that Foxx’s family members were preparing for the worst, as his condition had turned critical.
However, his daughter has dispelled the palpable fear about the actor’s health reports, stating that the 55-year-old returned home from the hospital weeks ago and is in good health.
Taking to her Instagram page, she shared a picture of the report.
“Update from the family, sad to see how the media runs wild. My Dad has been out of the hospital for weeks, recuperating. In fact, he was playing pickleball yesterday! Thanks for everyone’s prayers and support!”
She also hinted that Foxx would soon return to work with a big announcement.
Foxx was filming on the ‘Back in Action’ set with co-star, Cameron Diaz, when he was rushed to the hospital for the said medical emergency last month.
