September 02, (THEWILL) – Kanye West’s new song ‘Hurricane’ borders on how he cheated on Kim Kardashian after they welcomed their first two kids, according to multiple sources.
“The song is in a way his testimony of everything he did wrong and taking accountability for their marriage breakdown,” an insider told PageSix.com.
In the song, West says, “Here I go actin’ too rich / Here I go with a new chick / And I know what the truth is / Still playin’ after two kids / It’s a lot to digest when your life always movin’.”
According to PageSix.com, the “new chick” is not the brief fling with model Irina Shayk, despite rumours swirling otherwise.
“If you look closer to the lyrics, he is referring to his infidelity during his marriage with Kim, even after two kids,” an insider told PageSix.com.
The song also claimed that the rapper was not going home to their multimillion-dollar mansion and was also struggling with alcohol abuse.
“Architectural digest, but I needed home improvement / Sixty-million-dollar home, never went home to it,” he raps of his struggling marriage. “Genius gone clueless, it’s a whole lot to risk / Alcohol anonymous, who’s the busiest loser?”
However, the alleged infidelity might not have caused the couple’s divorce as they went on to have two more kids before ending the marriage.
