Kim Kardashian and husband, Kanye West stepped out with their 2-weeks-old son, Saint and daughter North.
This would be the first time the couple has been seen out together since the birth of their son. They were reportedly on their way to a doctor’s appointment for little Saint who was carried in a car seat by Kanye.
