June 30, (THEWILL) – Igbinoba Jennifer, the owner of popular skincare brand, Jenny’s Glow, has been called out for allegedly arresting one of her clients, Amaka Duru, also known as Amaka Gurl.
The entrepreneur was called out by Amaka’s sister, who laid curses on the entrepreneur and warned her that nothing must happen to her sister.
The drama started after Amaka took to TikTok to call out Igbinoba. She made a video and accused the entrepreneur of selling fake products, which damaged her face.
In the video, she also mentioned some other skincare brands which people should be wary of when buying products.
Amaka was later allegedly whisked away by policemen from her parent’s house on Thursday night.
After her arrest, her sister took to social media to warn Igbinoba. She revealed her younger sister was in their parents house when she was arrested.
“Jenny’s Glow arrested my younger sister yesterday. She made a video about the brand and complained that some of the products damaged her skin.
“I got a call from my parents that Jenny’s Glow came to arrest my sister at home. I am married, I don’t live with them, so I wasn’t there when it happened. I have videos of everything right here.
“I don’t use your brand, if anything happens to my sister, it is not going to be well with you.
“Not sure she is the only one that has been complaining of your nonsense brand”, she said.
Reacting to the call out, Igbinoba warned that people should stop mentioning her name and products.
She added that if they have any issue with her products, they are free to go to court.
“This TikTok users can lie and go to any extent. They can create anything just to trend. They can lie that they lost their father or mother.
“Don’t go and be stressing me, using my name to gain followers. If you have any issue with my products, go to court. Bring your proof.
“I don’t know why you guys dey cry, this is reality. Go to YouTube, you will see how they dragged different brands.
“Last year, they dragged me so much but I am still here. The last sales I did, I had a lot of clients despite the dragging. So, I am used to it.
“If you don’t buy from me, another person will leave another skincare brand and patronise me”, she stated.
