The game’s milestone rebound came with 4:11 minutes left in the fourth period, when the “King” recovered the ball after the Pacers’ Torrey Craig missed a three-pointer. James finished with 12 rebounds, 30 points, five assists, and two steals.
LeBron therefore became the first player in NBA history to reach 30,000 points, 10,000 rebounds, and 9,000 assists with this achievement.
LeBron James is one of three active players with at least 10,000 career rebounds, behind teammates Dwight Howard and DeAndre Jordan.
Howard’s career rebounds totaled 14,464 in this game, tying him with Nate Thurmond for 10th all-time, with Kevin Garnett in ninth place with 14,662.
