May 22, (THEWILL) – Nollywood actor, Kelvin Ikeduba, has revealed that his late colleague, Murphy Afolabi, made him a star in the entertainment industry.
The talented act made this known during Afolabi’s candlelight and post-burial honour, which was held over the weekend.
Ikeduba added that Afolabi’s death is a sad one because he helped him become who he is today.
According to him, “God used Murphy Afolabi to launch me into the limelight.
“His death is a very sad one to me especially. I want to say something today for the record. The Kelvin Ikeduba you all know today, God used the late Murphy Afolabi to bring my glory out.”
Afolabi died on Sunday, May 14, 2023, after he slipped in his bathroom and hit his head on a hard surface.
