July 02, (THEWILL) – Niger State Deputy Governor, Comrade Yakubu Garba, has lost his wife, Hajiya Zainab Garba.

Hajiya Garba died on Tuesday afternoon after a brief illness at a government hospital in Minna, the state capital.

Niger State Governor, Mohammed Umaru Bago, confirmed the sad development.

In a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, the Governor described the death of Hajia Zainab as a great loss to the State.
