Okorocha Charges Ndigbo To Bring Home Their Investments

BEVERLY HILLS, April 25, (THEWILL) – Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo State has called on the people of the South-East zone to always bring home their investments, stressing that nobody would develop their area for them, if they do not.

Speaking while commissioning Hometown Hotel Resort at Ndianiche Uno, Arondiziogu in Ideato council area of the state, he charged Ndigbo to develop their homestead as a way of making life better for the people.

The Governor commended the proprietor of the hotel, Benbella Anachebe, SAN, for heeding his administration’s clarion call to invest at home.

“I commend the proprietor of this hotel for coming home to invest. He could have built this hotel in Abuja or other places knowing too well that he could have made more profit, but he chose to think home. Let’s all come home, develop our area and create jobs for our people,” he said.

In his remarks, Anachebe stated that he decided to build the hotel at his hometown to boost tourism and develop the area as well as inspire love of neighbor as our way of life of the Arondiziogu people.
