April 22, (THEWILL) – The emergence of Engr. Kenneth Emeka Eze, as the Distinguished Senator representing the good people of Ebonyi Central District in the red chambers of the National Assembly (The Senate), has never ceased to attract testimonies of people of the zone.
Being a man with a passion to develop local government areas in the senatorial district, his people, during the 2023 general elections, rewarded him with their mandate to represent them in the 10th National Assembly. Since he assumed office, Senator Kenneth Eze has not failed to attract the gains of democracy to his people.
He is God-fearing, humble, accessible, creative, and transparent. Distinguished Senator Eze is also a man who has already prepared himself to offer a qualitative representation to the people of the district.
Immediately he came to the corridor of power, Senator Eze set out programmes for quality outing for the people of Ebonyi Central, and has been bringing to their doorsteps those things that had eluded them in the past. His ability to discharge every given responsibility, even when multitasked, during the leadership tussle in the 10th Senate earned him the trust, respect and admiration of his colleagues.
Indeed, Sen. Eze came at a delicate time in the history of the representation of Ebonyi when the performance of any Federal Legislator is measured by the number of people empowered or pulled out of poverty. Unarguably, Sen. Eze is a strong, committed, dedicated and faithful All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain in Ebonyi that has never failed to deepen the party in all the platforms.
He paid West African Examinations Council (WAEC) registration fees for over 1,000 indigent students from his constituency who would have missed examinations due to a lack of funds, and also paid school fees for over 200 students of various universities from the same zone. Today, those students have been praising him due to the generosity he has shown them.
He is a leader who regards Human Capital development as a necessity and a veritable tool to unlock the potential of any given individual or group.
In terms of effective representation of the good people of Ebonyi Central Senatorial Zone, Sen. Eze’s voice resonates on the floor of the Red Chamber in all national issues advocating for the development, progress and overall well-being of his people. The enumerated bills and motions below are eloquent testimonies of his commendable performance in the Senate.
Senator Kenneth Eze had visited various hospitals in Ebonyi State and paid bills for the less privileged, especially the widows and orphans. Financially empowered over 1,000 youths, market women and small-scale businessmen across Ebonyi Central Senatorial District.
Not only the above, He had restored electricity in many communities across the zone, drilled boreholes for the people at different locations, offered cash grants to the youths cum stakeholders of the state, attracted jobs for the unemployed
