August 20, (THEWILL) – Anita Okoye, wife of popular Nigerian singer, Paul Okoye, better known as Rude Boy, has filed a petition for divorce.
This was disclosed in a leaked petition which cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the breakdown of the seven-year-old union.
THEWILL recalls that Rude Boy got married to Anita in 2014 after over 10 years of courtship.
The news of their pending divorce is coming as a surprise to many Nigerians.
Paul Okoye, who is presently on a Press tour, is yet to react to this development.
