June 20, (THEWILL) – David Adeleke, aka Davido, has revealed that people of Osun will lawfully resist any attempt of robbery during the state’s upcoming election.
The state is scheduled to hold its gubernatorial election on July 16. Some of the contenders include Gboyega Oyetola, the incumbent governor of the state, the candidate for the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Ademola Adeleke, the candidate for the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
On Monday, the singer stated that the people of Osun will lawfully resist all forms of attempts to rob them of their votes. He made this known to defend his uncle, Ademola Adeleke, who is an aspirant.
He added that they will lawfully avoid what happened in Ekiti State election and there will be cause to rejoice after the election.
“Osun is not Ekiti, as our people will lawfully resist all attempts to rob them as done in 2018, July 16, we shall rejoice ! See y’all soon.”
