September 03, (THEWILL) – Nigerian rapper, Chibuzor Azubuike, better known as Phyno, has splashed billions of naira in the real estate sector.
The musician, who welcomed his first child a few days ago, bought 20 units of apartments at the Empire Terrace Project in Victoria Crest Homes, Lekki.
Billionaire businessman and Chief Executive officer of Nedcomoaks Limited, owner of Victoria Crest Homes, made the announcement on social media.
“It’s the landlord season. Congratulations @phynofino on your purchase of 20 units at our Empire Terrace Project,” he wrote.
The real estate mogul also posted pictures of some of the units of flats bought by the singer.
He also took fans on a pictorial voyage of the interior of some of the buildings, which boast state-of-the-art facilities.
